ReceiptFaker is a receipt template and design tool that helps users create, customize, save, manage, and reference receipt-style templates and related design assets.

ReceiptFaker is intended for lawful purposes, including business presentations, educational materials, creative projects, product mockups, testing, design portfolios, and legitimate internal business use.

ReceiptFaker does not verify, authenticate, certify, or guarantee that any receipt-style content generated through the Service represents a real transaction. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

You may need an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep that information up to date.

If you use ReceiptFaker on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must not use ReceiptFaker for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• creating or submitting false receipts for refunds, returns, reimbursements, tax claims, insurance claims, warranty claims, chargebacks, employment expenses, financial applications, or any other deceptive purpose;
• misrepresenting financial transactions, purchases, payments, merchants, customers, prices, dates, taxes, or payment methods;
• impersonating a real business, merchant, person, government body, financial institution, or third party without authorization;
• using logos, trademarks, business names, brand assets, or copyrighted materials without the right to do so;
• creating content that violates any law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy;
• attempting to bypass security, usage limits, account restrictions, payment requirements, or access controls;
• interfering with or disrupting the Service, our systems, or other users;
• using the Service in a way that may expose ReceiptFaker, PXCH Holding I, LLC, our users, or others to legal, financial, security, or reputational harm.

Any misuse of the Service may result in suspension, termination, removal of content, preservation of relevant information, and cooperation with appropriate authorities where required by law.

You are responsible for all content you create, enter, upload, save, generate, publish, or otherwise make available through ReceiptFaker, including receipt templates, generated receipt content, text, logos, images, business details, item descriptions, payment labels, prices, taxes, dates, notes, and related materials ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the rights needed to use and submit your User Content;
• your User Content does not violate any law, third-party right, intellectual property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation;
• your User Content will not be used for fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.

ReceiptFaker does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for User Content.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant ReceiptFaker and PXCH Holding I, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, adapt, display, publish, distribute, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• generate, render, save, and display receipt-style content;
• provide dashboard, history, template, and account features;
• create and manage examples, starter templates, design references, and template-library content;
• troubleshoot, secure, enforce, and protect the Service;
• comply with legal obligations.

ReceiptFaker may review, select, edit, adapt, modify, display, or use User Content as examples, starter templates, reference content, or template-library content within the Service.

You should not include personal, confidential, sensitive, private, real transaction, or unauthorized information in User Content unless you have the legal right to do so and are comfortable with that content being processed or used as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

ReceiptFaker, including its website, software, templates, design systems, branding, layout, features, and related materials, is owned by PXCH Holding I, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by the Service, you may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative products from ReceiptFaker without our permission.

You may use generated outputs from the Service only in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

If you believe content on ReceiptFaker violates your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@receiptfaker.com with enough information for us to review the claim.

Some features may be free, while others may require a paid plan, subscription, or one-time payment.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other charges.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to provide a refund at our discretion.

We may change prices, plans, features, or billing terms from time to time. If required by law or practical under the circumstances, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.

Your use of ReceiptFaker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that ReceiptFaker may process account information, payment-related information, technical data, usage data, and User Content as described in the Privacy Policy.

ReceiptFaker may use or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, monitoring tools, storage providers, and other operational services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. ReceiptFaker is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may also remove, restrict, modify, or disable access to content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after your account or access ends, including provisions related to User Content, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

ReceiptFaker is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• generated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable for your intended use;
• generated receipt-style content will be accepted by any person, business, institution, platform, financial entity, tax authority, insurer, employer, or government body;
• any content generated through the Service represents a real transaction.

ReceiptFaker is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceiptFaker, PXCH Holding I, LLC, and our owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, agents, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation.

This limitation applies to claims arising from or related to:

• your use or inability to use the Service;
• User Content or generated receipt-style content;
• misuse of the Service;
• errors, inaccuracies, delays, interruptions, or security issues;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of data;
• actions taken in response to suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ReceiptFaker for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReceiptFaker, PXCH Holding I, LLC, and our owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, agents, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• your use or misuse of the Service;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or third-party right;
• your use of generated receipt-style content for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent a dispute is not resolved informally and is permitted to proceed in court, you agree that the state or federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
